Thames Valley Safer Roads Partnership ceased operations in March 2011. Partners discussed A way of working together for the future, creating a shared service to deliver many road safety activities.

United through a common identity with localised branding, Safer Roads continues to deliver some of the high quality, award winning schemes and road safety services delivered by the previous partnership while maintaining the benefits of economies of scale.

Safer Roads activities focus on campaigns that target motoring related risks, freeing local teams to concentrate on other educational initiatives; particularly in schools. Safer Roads provides a forum for road safety professionals to discuss local, regional and national issues, sharing insight and best practice.
