Handbook of Rules and Guidance for the National Safety Camera Programme – In order to continue operation within the national cost recovery scheme, the Partnership is required to comply with the rules set out in the handbook, also see DFT best practice circular document

TVSRP Enforcement-Strategy- This is the document that outlines the way TVSRP currently use their enforcement resources and how enforcement will be targeted in the future. Some operationally sensitive information has been removed from this document.

Community Concern Flowchart -As outlined in the Handbook above, TVSRP carry out a small amount of enforcement at exceptional sites for reasons of ’community concern’. This chart shows the procedure used to assess requests for enforcement from the public.

Training & Certification - In order to ensure the legality of the work of the Partnership it is essential that the relevant code of conduct is followed, and that all training procedures and certification is in order. examples are available here.
