Each year, Thames Valley Safer Roads Partnership are required to submit an ‘Operational Case’ to the Department for Transport (DfT). The documents that make up the operational case contain information relating to the proposed budgets for each section of the operation as well as what work the Partnership is proposing to carry out. These documents are approved at the beginning of each financial year by the DfT and will be published in this section annually, on approval.
The TVSRP Enforcement Strategy, which forms part of the operation case, is already available, as is the DfT Handbook which details the rules and guidelines governing the operation of the Partnership. A new Handbook of Rules and Guidance will come into effect in April 2006 and will run for one year, it is available here.
