Thames Valley Welcome Year 4 Results

The Secretary of State for Transport, Alistair Darling, has published an independent report today evaluating the contribution of Safety Cameras to road safety nationally. The report includes encouraging news on the significant contribution that cameras have made in theThamesValley area.

At camera sites in the region the number of people killed or seriously injured is down by 44.7%, which is better than the national average [1].
